Clinical Autonomic Disorders

Dr. Glen A. Cook Jr., M.D. gives a CME lecture on Friday, September 14, 2018 at Largo Medical Center on Clinical Autonomic Disorders. This CME was designed for the community-based practitioner in any area of medicine as an introduction to dysautonomia. This presentation is aimed to educate those on the following: Understand the components of the autonomic nervous system (ANS), Recognize presenting symptoms of autonomic dysfunction, Appreciate the cross-disciplinary nature of disorders of the ANS, and Understand first-line clinical and laboratory tests to evaluate and confirm disorders of the ANS.

Expanding support for Grand Rounds CME programs is a key goal of The Dysautonomia Project.  To further support Physicians, support will  grow to include access to Dysautonomia assessment tools, forms and a physician portal for providing feedback and asking questions that can be answered by one of our International Medical Advisors.
