This week’s Featured Video of the Week features Dr. Craig Coleby who has a background in pediatrics, pediatric sports medicine and autonomic disorders. Dr. Coleby explains that exercise is extremely important for patients with autonomic disorders. He explains that there are commonalities between patients that are unable to tolerate standing up. Proper education on non-pharmacological lifestyle changes is extremely important when adding exercise among other things to one’s life. Dr. Coleby notes that it is important to work with a physical therapist that is familiar with EDS/POTS/Etc. to ensure that a patient is not overworked. Click on the link below to hear more!
