Featured Video of the Week: What is Dysautonomia to Me?

Dr. Glen Cook speaks about what dysautonomia is to him, his past experience and what types of testing takes place in his autonomic lab.  The battery of autonomic tests that take place in his autonomic lab help to assist with making a diagnosis.  He explains that tests from other specialists relating to gastroenterology, urology and more can be helpful when dealing with different patient cases. He believes the complexity of dysautonomia and physicians trained to stay in their specific “silos” have led to a lack of education about dysautonomia.  Dr. Cook explains that listening to a patient is extremely important when it comes to making a diagnosis.
